In line with market expectations, RBI governor Raghuram Rajan on Tuesday kept the repo rate unchanged at 6.75%. "The Reserve Bank will use the space for further accommodation, when available, while keeping the economy anchored to the projected disinflation path that should take inflation down to 5 per cent by March 2017," Rajan said......

The meeting regarding Crude oil production of OPEC (Crude oil supplier nations organization which provides more then 40% to the world.) is been scheduled this week, due to this meeting there is a slight recovery has been seen in Crude Oil. NYMEX crude oil is trading at $ 41.90 per barrel with a marginal gain. The decline in foreign exchange may also affect the domestic market and might lift up the current crude price on MCX. Last season, MCX crude oil closed at Rs 2,821 per barrel declined by nearly one per cent.

Precious metals fell to a seven-week low on Thursday as the dollar hit a three-month high, and looked vulnerable to further losses after Federal Reserve officials left the door open to a U.S. interest rate rise in December.
SPDR Gold Trust GLD, the world's largest gold backed exchange traded fund, said its holdings stood at 671.77 down 8.34 tonnes, from previous business day, falling to a consecutive third day.
